Effective date: 9 August 2026. Virtual Shaadi Card (“we”, “us”) provides digital invitation creation and hosting services at virtualshaadicard.com.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, account credentials, invitation content, guest wishes, payment identifiers, and basic usage information needed to operate the service. We do not store full card numbers or UPI credentials; payments are processed by Razorpay.
How we use information
We use information to create and host invitations, verify accounts, process purchases, send service and invoice emails, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing and retention
We share necessary data with service providers such as MongoDB Atlas, Razorpay, SMTP providers, and our asset/CDN host. We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed for the service, security, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.
Your choices and security
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@virtualshadicad.com. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained by law or to resolve disputes. We use access controls, password hashing, HTTPS in production, and signed payment verification, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
